Dr. Julius Kahira, Ed.D, M.Ed (Sped), LABA, BCBAClinical Director
Meet Dr. Kahira, one of the cofounders of ATS and the Regional Clinical Director of ATS. During a career that span over two decades, Dr. Kahira has worked in the field of education, autism, developmental delay and behavior disorders. His passion for excellence in clinical care and his devotion to helping individuals of special needs fulfilling life experience make him a model team member for the entire organization.
Dr. Kahira holds a Doctorate in Education from Northeastern University, a Masters Degree in Special Education from American International College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Nairobi, Kenya. He is a licensed Special Education and General Science teacher in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.

Minera obtained her Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University and is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Prior to joining the team at ATS, Minera has worked in an early intervention center for children with autism and has provided home and school-based services for all ages and different disabilities including autism, specific learning disorder, developmental disabilities and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Minera has experience developing and implementing programming for a diverse population of learners.
