Individualized Focus Highly Qualified Professionals

Services

ATS primarily serves children and young adults between the ages of 3 and 22 years old. However, we would like to emphasize that we do not discriminate against gender, race, religion, color, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or social status in the provision of our services.

At ATS, we acknowledge that the children and young adults under our care are unique individuals with diverse needs and circumstances. In order to address these differences, we personalize each service according to the needs of every individual that we encounter.

Our services include:

ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a research-based therapy that focuses on improving specific behaviors, such as communication, social skills, academic performance, and daily living skills. ABA is especially effective for individuals with autism and other developmental conditions. It involves breaking down complex tasks into smaller, manageable steps and using positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors. ABA programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and are often delivered one-on-one by trained behavior technicians under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Speech Therapy
Speech Therapy focuses on helping individuals improve their communication skills so they can express themselves effectively and interact with others more confidently. This includes supporting the development of speech sounds, language understanding and use, social communication, voice, fluency (such as stuttering), and feeding or swallowing issues when needed.Therapy is tailored to each individual’s needs and is provided by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). For children, sessions may involve play-based or structured activities that promote language development, articulation, and communication strategies. The overall goal is to support functional communication that enhances daily living, academic success, and social relationships.
SOCIAL SKILLS PROGRAM
Our Social Skills programs are designed to help children and young adults develop meaningful interpersonal skills through structured, age-appropriate group activities. These sessions focus on key areas such as communication, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, turn-taking, perspective-taking, and building and maintaining friendships. Groups are organized by age and developmental level to ensure that participants can learn and practice skills in a supportive, relatable environment. The goal is to help individuals gain the confidence and ability to interact successfully with peers, family members, and in community settings.
COMPREHENSIVE INTERVENTION
Comprehensive Intervention is an intensive, individualized therapy approach that targets multiple areas of development, including communication, social skills, behavior, adaptive functioning, and academic readiness. This type of intervention is typically provided for children who require support across several domains and is often delivered for a higher number of hours per week (e.g., 20–40 hours), depending on the individual’s needs.
Using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), comprehensive intervention programs are developed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implemented by trained behavior technicians. These programs are designed to create meaningful and lasting improvements in a child’s ability to function independently at home, school, and in the community.
PARENT PARTICIPATION TRAINING
Parent Training is a vital component of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that empowers caregivers with the tools and strategies needed to support their child’s development at home and in everyday settings. Through individualized coaching and education, parents learn how to understand their child’s behavior, implement evidence-based techniques, and reinforce positive skills outside of therapy sessions.
Training sessions are led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and are tailored to each family’s specific needs and goals. Topics may include managing challenging behaviors, improving communication, building routines, and promoting independence. The goal of Parent Training is to create consistency across environments and ensure long-term success by actively involving families in the therapeutic process.
