Minera obtained her Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University and is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Prior to joining the team at ATS, Minera has worked in an early intervention center for children with autism and has provided home and school-based services for all ages and different disabilities including autism, specific learning disorder, developmental disabilities and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Minera has experience developing and implementing programming for a diverse population of learners.

Shalen Chauvin, M.Ed., BCBA, LABA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst with Autism Therapeutic Services. Shalen has been working in the field of ABA for over twelve years and has been in a supervision role for 9 years. She received her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Special education/Autism spectrum disorders from Cambridge College in Massachusetts in 2013.
Shalen has worked with clients from the ages of eighteen months into their twenties in a variety of settings, including residential, school, home-based, center-based and community. She has worked in several states, including her hometown in Worcester, MA as well as in FL and Chicago. A few of the many things Shalen is passionate about teaching are social skills, verbal behavior skills, pretend play skills, conversational skills, pre-academic skills, and alternative communication to challenging behaviors. Shalen enjoys meeting each client and their family and collaborating on how to best achieve each child’s potential.
